    Responsibilities


    1. Develop and expand the client base for asset management businesses, including investment institutions, miners, crypto natives, and high net worth individuals. Establish strong connections with potential major clients to drive sales of digital asset management services and increase AUM;
    2. Understand client requirements in-depth and leverage platform products and service capabilities to deliver comprehensive and tailored solutions. Facilitate seamless collaboration with clients by ensuring accurate, timely, and effective communication;
    3. Regularly engage with clients, providing updates on market conditions, investment strategies, and product performance. Offer guidance and solutions to assist clients in making informed investment decisions;
    4. Foster long-term relationships with clients and proactively monitor their digital asset investment needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and continuous support.

    Requirements


    1. Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the digital asset industry;
    2. Thorough understanding of digital asset management business, including proficiency in quantitative funds, periodic wealth management, and structured financial products like dual currency;
    3. Preferred experience in sales or exposure to resources related to digital asset exchanges, miners, digital asset VC firms, project teams, traditional family offices, or high-net-worth clients;
    4. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt in a high-intensity, high-pressure work environment;
    5. Strong enthusiasm for sales, with a relentless drive to expand the client base. Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
